Workspaces

Workspaces let you give different teams, business units, or external partners their own segmented view of Ondorse. Each user sees only the cases and portals that belong to their workspace, while your compliance team keeps full control and a complete view from the main account.

The defining principle: a workspace segments access, while your compliance policy stays centrally governed. You define and maintain the KYB/KYC configuration from the main account, and you can tailor it per workspace using conditions, the same activation conditions and rules that drive the rest of Ondorse. What workspaces do not do is hand each entity the keys to run its own policy independently: the configuration is always owned and validated from the main account.

What a workspace gives you

Each workspace comes with its own branded portal theme, so the agents or teams using it, and their customers, get a consistent, professional experience. Cases and portals are scoped to the workspace: a user assigned to a workspace only ever sees that workspace's cases and portals, never the rest of your account. Your compliance team, working from the main account, retains full visibility across every workspace and remains the single owner of the verification workflow, risk scoring, and decisions.

Two common use cases

Segmenting by business unit.

When several teams, geographies, or entities should each work on their own cases without seeing each other's, a workspace per unit cloisons access while the compliance policy stays governed centrally. For example, your Malta team sees only Maltese cases and your UK team only UK cases. Both operate under a workflow you define from the main account, and you can adapt it per workspace through conditions when a unit needs different checks.

Delegating to agents (for payment institutions).

When you work with a network of agents, compliance can become a black box: agents submit cases and wait, with no visibility into what is happening or what is needed next. A workspace gives each agent a dedicated environment where they can follow the progress of their cases, respond to requests, and keep things moving, all without ever accessing sensitive compliance data. Agents collect information and initiate cases; your compliance team reviews and decides from the main account.
