Verifying an email address as part of a case is an added layer of protection to fight fraud.

This task verifies an email address through Seon. Upon computing of the risk score by Seon, Ondorse returns one of the following three outputs:

• Not risky: the task status becomes Clear
• Mildly risky: the task status becomes Consider
• Very risky: the task status becomes Alert
