Manual task

A manual task is used to instruct and track actions that a compliance operator must perform manually as part of a workflow. It is ideal for managing compliance tasks that cannot be automated.

Common use cases include:

• Verifying merchant activities: instruct the operator torReview the merchant’s website to ensure they are not selling prohibited items. In the instructions of the task you can precise the prohibited activities (CBD, etc..) your operator should look for.
• Retrieving business certificates: using conditional enhanced due diligence, for cayman entities, require and instruct an operator on how to obtain the business certificate in Cayman Islands.
• Contacting prospective customers: instruct the operator to call prospective customers to gain a better understanding of their business activities.

Especially, this feature was designed for our customers working with BPOs (Business Process Outsourcing) because it enables efficient management and oversight of manual compliance tasks delegated to external teams:
