A flexible approach to decision

The decision status can be automatically set based on a set of conditions, or manually inputed by the user on the Ondorse platform.

A decision status can either be:

A decision status can be reversed using the Unset button.

A decision can be restrained for some specific users. Read more in User roles.

You can decide granularly whether a comment is required at approval and/or rejection and have the last decision always at hand.

Refresh decision during reKYC

When a case is approved, Ondorse records the decision date. Based on your refresh policy, the next refresh date is automatically calculated. You can use the scan Expired KYB to monitor and receive alerts for cases with an expired decision.

Once the refresh verifications are complete, you can mark the decision as refreshed.
