For example, you can setup a workflow that downloads a fresh copy of "Certificat INPI" if the following conditions are met:

• the company is incorporated in France
• the company is not an association
• the case does not already have a recent "Certificat INPI" (registration proof document for France)

The sources of the documents can be:

• Pappers
• INPI
• Kompany (charges may apply)
• Topograph (charges may apply)
• Any source that is accessible via an URL
