Ondorse's portal support a large and ever-growing list of configuration options so that the Portal fits to your particular needs.

Theme

Portal's colours and logo are customisable to your brand.


Support for multiple themes

When creating a portal, you can chose the theme that will be applied. With this feature, you can provide to your partner a collect experience that matches their brand.


IDV step

Portal supports IDV step using the providers of your choice among:

Supported countries

The portal is designed to be able to onboard any business of any country in the world. However you can limit which country the portal can onboard.

Onboarding type

Chose the type of entity to onboard: Business or Natural persons.

Additional questions

You can configure additional questions to be asked during the onboarding.

Security

You can add security verifications to a Portal such as:

  • Email address verification: confirm that the signatory email address is real and that they have access to it.
  • Access restriction: restrict the access of a Portal only to a certain person using their email address to authenticate them.

Expected documents

Managing documents in Ondorse and providing sufficient flexibility starting from onboarding is a key aspect of Ondorse's solution.

Customisable document types

  • Expected documents define document categories
  • Document types can be defined within a document category to list specific types of documents requested; this is very useful when several types of documents can support a document request (think of a proof of address that could be an telephone invoice or a tax receipt for example).

Customizable collect conditions

You can condition the collect of documents to conditions of the case.

For instance, you can decide to ask for a Proof of funds for a specific type of legal entity:

With this feature, you can cover a large range of requirements such as:

  • collect article of association only for some countries where the data-coverage is poor
  • collect proof of fund documents for specifically risky legal forms (associations...)
  • collect a power of attorney when the signatory is not a director of the company
  • etc..

Wordings

All text and wording of the user interface are customisable and localised to your customer’s preferred language.

Ask your assigned CSM to configure these customization.

Collect agreements and consents

In Portal, you can add a checkbox to collect and record agreements or consents to legal documents. It can be used to record an agreement to your terms and conditions or a consent to your privacy policy. You can upload any legal document.

The agreement is recorded in the resulting case and can be used as legal evidence:
