Create a Person (a natural Person) and attach it to an existing Application as a related person.
Persons can have different roles. The ACCOUNT_OWNER role is usually here to flag the person
doing the onboarding process and it will usually be the person on which you
will run most of the verification tasks. There can only be one account owner per Application.
