You can fine-tune which relationship should be screened depending on several parameters:

  • role of the persons towards the company: signatory, director, UBO, shareholder.. or everyone.
  • risk parameters via task activation conditions: risk level, country, legal type, etc.

Custom fields of type date are now available.

You can create ad-hoc data input on applications to store temporal data specific to your needs. For example, you can have a field "Contract signature date" filled from your CRM via API and that is used as a risk parameter in your risk matrix.

Now, you can easily assign tasks to team members and see who's handling what with just a glance at the "Applications" screen.

Plus, with our new "Assignee" filter, finding your assigned applications is easier, and you can stay informed about all assignment changes in the "Activity" log.

With webhooks you can build workflow ssuch as:

  • receive a Slack notification when a new application is created
  • receive a Slack notification when there is critical updates on applications
  • receive a Slack notification when an application of high risk appears
  • synchronise your CRM or backoffice when an applications is approved
