We added the integration with the transaction monitoring platform Marble.
In the "Official Data" tab, we have introduced the feature of displaying official roles. This lets you gather and view the roles exactly as they appear in the official registers, such as INPI RNE, Companies House, Kompany, or Credit Safe. These official roles are divided into two categories: ownership (for shareholders) and control (for individuals in executive positions within the company).

We've added the possibility to add entities as a relationship. Inside an application and in Portal, you can now add business entities as a relationship, add information and select their roles (director, shareholder).

We've added the possibility to restrict the decision rights to some users. These restrictions can be dependent of application property, especially on the risk of an application.
This allows you to enforce compliance policy requirements such as:
Only senior compliance analysts can make a decision on risky applications.

We've added the possibility to set the risk level automatically. This automation is fully configurable using the rule engine.

We've added the feature of document validation.

Now, you can easily evaluate and manage the validity of documents in your compliance workflow, ensuring that your document processes are optimised for efficiency and accuracy.

We've added a type dropdown to available types of custom fields.

We've added the task information collection verification task to the list of available tasks configurable in an Ondorse compliance workflow.
This task automatically checks the presence of required information in the application, especially documents. It is highly customisable to fit the most demanding compliance policies.

We've added the ability to customise any wording of your Portal. These wordings are also customisable depending on the language of the visitor.

Portal language automatically adapts to the language of the visitor. Alternatively, the visitor can select the language. By default, English and French are available, but, with customisation, more languages can be supported.

We've added the task activation condition feature.

Task activation conditions feature allows to set criteria for task activation within a workflow. An active task in a workflow is a task that is required to make a decision on an application while inactive tasks are not.
Compliance by design
This approach ensures that compliance requirements — even the more complex or custom ones — are integrated into the workflow structure from the outset. As a result, your compliance processes in Ondorse always align closely with the compliance policy used to configure your workflow.
