We are excited to share the latest improvements to Ondorse:

🗂️ Case queues for actors: Each actor type in your team now has its own dedicated queue — cases sorted by age, with real-time counters and built-in SLA alerts. One click to claim the next unassigned case. No more manual filtering every morning.

🔀 AND/OR/NOT logic in activation conditions: Activation conditions can now be combined using AND, OR, and NOT operators. This works across workflow tasks, custom fields, expected documents, IDV steps, automations, and risk rules. Express logic like "France OR Belgium" or "NOT sole trader" without workarounds.

🤖 AI-powered UBO autofill: When your end customer uploads a registry extract or articles of association, Ondorse automatically extracts beneficial owners and pre-fills the portal form. They only need to confirm or correct. Documents are requested upfront — in one go.

🇧🇪 Topograph data for Belgium: Company and UBO data from Belgium is now available via Topograph, retrievable in seconds with no extra effort. Contact your CSM to activate Topograph on other markets.

✏️ Edit data from document view: During document review, you can now correct associated case data directly from the document view — without switching screens or losing your place.
