We are excited to share the latest improvements to Ondorse:

• UBO autofill from document (beta): improve the customer experience for UBO data collection when the autfill using UBO registry API is not an option (most European countries outside France and UK). This feature prompts portal users to drop a document and extract the information automatically. The user only has to confirm or edit the extracted information.

  

• Filter by condition in workflow builder: visualise how a workflow is applied to a case based on customer typology (country, risk level..) using the filter by conditions (see Conditional enhanced due diligence) in the workflow builder.

  

• Integration Banque de France (FICP file): we have access to the Fichier national des incidents de remboursement des crédits (FICP) through Protectel.

  

• Authentication using security question for portal: protect your portal links with an authentication step with a security question: users must answer a personal security question (for example, their date of birth) before accessing the portal.

• Read-only role: we introduced a “Read-only” role that supports several use cases, such as audits or sales teams checking the status of a case.
