We are excited to share the latest improvements to Ondorse:

Filter by condition in workflow builder: visualise how a workflow is applied to a case based on customer typology (country, risk level..) using the filter by conditions (see Conditional enhanced due diligence) in the workflow builder.

Integration Banque de France (FICP file): we have access to the Fichier national des incidents de remboursement des crédits (FICP) through Protectel.

Authentication using security question for portal: protect your portal links with an authentication step with a security question: users must answer a personal security question (for example, their date of birth) before accessing the portal.
