  • Agreements to T&C and consents collected in the Portal: In the Portal, add a checkbox to record consent or agreement to legal documents, such as terms and conditions or a privacy policy. Agreements are logged in the case and can be used as legal evidence.

  • Portal is now more mobile-friendly: We have improved our support for mobile phones. Completing a KYB process on mobile is now a reality!

  • Re-open Portal: On an existing case, you can now re-open a Portal. This feature accommodates various situations:

    • EDD: After analyzing the case, you may require additional information. Re-open the Portal and share the URL with the customer.

    • KYB refresh: Request your customer to confirm that the data in the case is still valid.

  • Portal form builder: The Portal is fully customizable. We have exposed many more configuration options in the app's settings.

  • Remediation via manual actions: Launch a batch of manual actions for your team to handle. Provide detailed task descriptions before dispatching work through assignments and track progress.

    Rich-text editor for manual tasks' instructions: A rich-text editor is available for defining manual task instructions. It allows you to format text with headers, lists, links, images, and more for improved clarity and presentation. This enhancement streamlines task management for operations, back-office, and compliance teams, as well as adjacent workflows. It simplifies training, reduces costs, and makes the BPO model more efficient and sustainable.
