👀 Compare with document using OCR

Introduced Compare with Document using OCR, an AI-driven task that helps front office, back office, and compliance teams extract data from documents, cross-check it against customer-declared or company-entered information, and surface discrepancies and enrichment opportunities.

🏘️ Workspaces

Introduced Workspaces, allowing organizations to segment access so users see only their assigned cases and portals, enabling agents to provide updates without full case access, while compliance policies remain centrally managed.

This feature serves 2 use-cases:

• segment your organisation by business units
• for payment institutions, provide restricted Ondorse access to their agents, enabling them to collect data with customers and initiate cases before handing them over to the institution’s compliance team.

🚫 Integration Infolégale for monitoring portfolio

When enabled on a account, the integration pushes approved cases into Infolégale’s monitoring portfolio. Once in the portfolio, Infolégale takes care of monitoring the entities and alerts the user (via email) of any interesting events (legal events, solva events..).

Infolégale can monitor various events, and especially legal proceeding events. Alerts are received by emails.

• Scoring@lerte: changes in solvability scoring

📚 Integration Sharepoint for on-premise document storage

We now support Microsoft Sharepoint as a storage in our on-premise document storage.

On-premise document storage: we store documents on your system, not on ours. It’s a response to data residency’s requirements.
