We are excited to share the latest improvements to Ondorse:

✂️ Reduced friction on the IDV step: If an identity verification fails, the portal now reopens automatically with a clear reason displayed to your end customer. They know exactly whose identity is being verified — without having to contact you. Fewer support requests, better portal conversion.

👥 Detect duplicate cases (Beta): Ondorse automatically detects when the same individual appears across multiple cases, based on name and date of birth. When a potential duplicate is found, document collection is paused and a review task lets you confirm or dismiss the match — so contacts are only solicited once. Contact your CSM to enable it on your account.

🚫 Block portal if no director or UBO declared: You can now prevent portal submission if no director or UBO has been added. A prompt is shown in the relationships step until at least one person of the required type is present.

📊 Ownership percentage in portal: End customers can now declare their ownership percentages — direct, indirect, and total — directly in the portal during collection. You choose whether these fields are optional or required via portal configuration.

⌨️ Command palette: Navigate Ondorse using keyboard shortcuts (CMD/CTRL+K) — search for cases, settings, and actions without reaching for your mouse.
